Our Memory Café is a free, welcoming gathering
for individuals with dementia and their care partners to relax, socialize,
and enjoy meaningful activities together. Presented by Empath Health,
these events offer a supportive environment where connections are
made and memories are cherished.

Please note that this is not a drop‑off program. Care partners
are expected to attend and participate alongside their loved ones.
